我現在正在幫學校的生命科學社做網頁，想把以前在這個討論區抓下來的三張蜻蜓相片拿來當底圖。問題是我不知道其作者是誰，我該如何做才不會侵犯到這三張相片作者的智慧財產權？請大家指點，謝謝。

不過這三張圖看起來應該是思慶兄的作品沒錯，不過他的簽名怎麼不見了？如果你要借用他的作品，就算有付錢，也要把他的簽名保留下來，更何況你沒付錢購買。
至於他要不要借用給你，請你自己跟他聯絡吧。

I guess I'm expecting too much from you, Mr. Chong, but you really are not doing yourself a favour by being this standoffish to people like me who are actually making an effort to make sure they don't infringe on your intellectual rights. I respect art works since I'm a photographer myself. That's why I came to this forum seeking for the author of these pictures.
I downloaded these pictures for my own personal enjoyment and that's why I cropped out your signature. I think there is a big misunderstaning here. The reason I came here is to ask for you permission and I have no idea whatsoever why you, Mr. Chong, started accusing me of using your pictures without your permission.
The pictures I had online are NOT the actual site I'm working on. I only put them up there because ross_tt was asking to see the pictures. I thought ross_tt wanted me to put them online so he can see them. I didn't konw he was just asking for the link to these picture on the forum till later. This is really a regrettable situation since I came here in good faith but only to get repudiated. The site I'm working on is purely for educational purposes and I'm not making a dime off the work I do.
Lastly, I was under the impression that this is a Chinese forum so if you do know Chinese, I think people would appreciate if you can post in Chinese.

如果你把人家的浮水印先刪掉然後移作他用，不管你的理由為何，都是侵犯了原作者的版權。
如今作者出現，你不但從未表示歉意，反而怪作者不給你面子不讓你使用，這樣的行為實在令人感到匪夷所思。

這句話太不謹慎了，與日昨不恥下問哉的網友有異床同夢之妙。您這句話好像是說，原作者若沒有難處，就有義務同意你使用他的照片。難怪原作者不想理你，路人甲乙丙丁要群雄粥粥。maple.lander 寫: 如果Mr.Chong覺得有難處的話我當然沒有理由勉強
再者你把照片上的原作者著作人署名給砍掉是大忌。你一定誤以為合理使用最大；實則合理使用再大也只是說，你可以未經同意以相關法條規定的方式使用他人著作，只是一種對著作財產權侵害的豁免，他的射程範圍並不含著作人格權，也就是說就算是合理使用，也不能把著作人署名給刪掉，就攝影著作來說你也不能砍掉照片上的任一點像素。
更何況回頭來說，教育目的的合理使用，指的是依法設立的學校，課堂上教師授課時的使用行為，學生自己的社團活動是不算的。
