各位大大快救我！事情緊急！
拜託幫幫忙救救我！各位善心的網友！愚笨的我在網路上登錄軟體PhoneAgent時，因為要購買完整的系統，結果竟然誤刷988美金，直到信用卡公司打電話來才知道我的購買數量打錯了！本來29.95的東西變成988.35，信用卡公司說他們沒辦法取消交易，並叫我自己寫一封退刷卡的信給公司，小弟因英文不好！所以想請有心的各位幫幫忙代筆寫一封信！請求他們取消這次交易，我已經知道錯了！下一次網路購物時會小心一點了！懇請各位幫幫忙！時間緊迫！幫幫忙！

I would like to amend my transaction on the date (交易之年月日) and the time (時間) for the item "Phone Agent" . I have input the quantity in a wrong number that it should be only (你欲購之數量) pcs. The totoal charge should be (這裡填上總額) instead. Please amend my order accordingly. You can contact me at following email address (你的電郵聯絡), or phone nos xxx......

剛剛接到帳單的時候緊張的不得了呢，
現在終於放下心裡面的一顆大石頭！
Hi,
I will cancel 32 items of your order of 33 items, and the amount of USD 958.40 will be refunded.
Then your order ST2549282 will be for one item for USD 29.95.
Because the credit card has been already charged, this process will take about two business days - eSellerate servers have to wait for the amount of USD 988.35 to arrive to their account and immediately after that, the refund of USD 958.40 will be made.
