Slashdot 刊出了一篇報導，宣稱 Photoshop CS 裡疑似有偵測美鈔的功能，以遏阻假鈔研發工作的進行。大家有什麼看法，請快快開講吧！

我個人也是認為不太可能，
不過就是一堆像素構成的圖像，
真能做到偵測？！實在是心存懷疑。

根據 cnet 的說法，這只對美國新發行的 $20 紙鈔，或是一些歐盟國家的鈔票有效，因為這些紙鈔的花紋中隱藏有 Digimarc 的浮水印。

如果軟體商，應美國國土安全部的要求，在郵件伺服器或應用軟體中，針對部份keyword作【智慧】搜尋，那不就成了Big brother is watching you.

對於業餘的使用者也許有效,但是對於專業人士就另當別論了

這篇報導的另一個含意就是假如要做偽鈔,必需要用Photoshop 7以前的版本....

這幾年台灣印刷出版業不景氣,許多專業人員失業,印刷廠倒閉,導至偽鈔的印製技術越來越好了

They're already doing that for years... Governments, not just US, are monitoring transmissions of signals of different communication technologies for years.

It's easy to intercept, but it's hard to distinguish actual threats.
