Both VPC3 and 4 Addition for Windows (i.e. VPC driver) does not work with the Chinese Version of any windows. After install the addition, the windows95/98/NT/ME/2000 simply crash and will not boot up again. (I've tested it)

Thoses driver only work in English version of windows.
